 "We had a wonderful experience with Natalie and Tyler from start to finish! She was super friendly and very patient with us as we contacted her several times with many questions throughout the process. She sent us many photos and videos of our sweet puppy as we waited for the day she was old enough to come home. Natalie personally delivered our puppy to our home(we lived very far from her)to make sure she arrived safely.  She was the sweetest, cutest, most lovable little chihuahua we’d ever seen! Our whole family instantly fell in love with her!

"I can’t even express how much I love N&T’s, so very professional and helpful. Natalie drove 8+ hours to bring my precious angel to me, Miss Amber, formerly Prancer. It was instant love at first sight. I lost my best friend of over 20 years the day after Thanksgiving this year, and felt directed to N&T’s, by the heavens above. "We recently acquired our newest addition from Natalie and had an incredible experience! Prompt communication and expert guidance throughout. Natalie met us in Atlanta, delivering our baby from SC to AL. Upon meeting, I was impressed by the clean, healthy, and beautiful baby. All paperwork was organized in a lovely folder, and a care bag contained thoughtful items like toys, a blanket, food, and a carrier. Our tiny baby quickly adjusted, showing no signs of fear or timidity. Natalie genuinely cares for her dogs, ensuring they become well-adjusted family members.  "I’m so thankful we found Natalie and Tyler on Good Dog!! I have to explain that before finding them we had a bad experience with a different breeder and because of that, didn’t get the first puppy we applied for. When we found our puppy, she was called Tiny Tillie. Her pictures were so adorable we fell in love with her. We explained the situation and our fears about actually committing with another breeder. Natalie was super understanding and she was very patient to our fears and to explain she’d had similar situations with potential buyers and totally understood our fears.  It actually gave us comfort knowing they understood and helped us realize we just couldn’t compare them to our prior experience. They sent pictures and videos of her, answered all questions which I continue to ask, and even were happy to  supply special requests, like being open and understanding to us giving the puppy a new name “Mia” and even providing a video of the vet appointment. Since they live in SC and we live in Northern VA, Natalie and Tyler and family met us halfway so we could pick her up to bring her home.  Meeting them in person was a joy and felt like we were meeting up with relatives or old friends that we attribute to the open communication we had. We could tell how much she means to them.  They also gave us a nice puppy gift pack to bring home with her.  For us it was scary choosing and paying for a puppy we haven’t met & trying to figure out if she’ll fit into and become a part of our family.  It was nice seeing her reactions to the Vet staff, to know the appointment went well and to see that though she was hesitant, but that she was not fearful. Mia is very sweet with a bit of spunk.  I take her everywhere I go. Because of her cuteness, she draws a lot of attention. She loves meeting new people and is very outgoing. We’ve had her for a couple of weeks now and we adore her. She brings smiles and laughter, not only to us, but to everyone she meets. She’s smart, observant, curious, playful, fearless, & definitely going through the puppy/baby phase. I do get up with her 1-3 times a night to potty and eat/drink. She’s in the puppy chewing phase so it’s a matter of providing acceptable things for her to chew on and play with. We are in the process of potty training, but very careful of her because she’s so tiny and it’s still too cold here to take her outside.  We feel that Natalie and Tyler are not just our puppy’s breeders, but our new friends and family with Mia connecting us. We continue to talk and share pictures and family stories. This is not requirement, but shows how close we’ve become and their continued desire to know how Mia is doing and progressing and that we are the right family for Mia and she’s the right puppy for us.💗" - Rose B.

"I could not be more thrilled with both my new puppy and the experience I had with Natalie getting her. After many months of searching, I fell in love with Clementine, (formerly pumpkin) the first time I saw her profile and would’ve been heartbroken to not get her, because I immediately knew that she was my dog. Luckily Natalie was kind, responsive and informative with all of my questions and in making arrangements and it was immediately clear that she was deeply invested in making sure her puppies were safe and happy and well taken care of, and I deeply appreciated the health testing and DNA checks that she provided. 

Clementine herself is everything a Chihuahua puppy should be- she is bright and inquisitive and playful and loving, and remarkably adaptable to new situations. Chihuahuas are a very impressionable breed in their first few months of life, and it’s very obvious that this dog spent her first weeks in a lovely and nurturing space.

 "Ever since I was a little girl I've wanted a chihuahua. When I was little my grandparents have a whole bunch of chihuahuas and I absolutely fell in love with them. When I first saw Basuki on Natalie and Tyler's profile, I absolutely fell in love with her. She was so small and sooo adorable. When I got her she was absolutely perfect and well behaved, I couldn't have asked for better. Working with Natalie and Tyler was awesome too! I had no issues with them and they were absolutely helpful and provided me with a lot of information about chihuahuas since this is my first time owning one. They also sent a lot of progress images when I asked which was so nice of them! Basuki is so loving and is super attached to us, she always sleeps on top of me and my partner and loves to be around us 🥰 She is the cutest little girl and I am so happy with this whole process!!" - Anastasia M.
